DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN?
No, you do not need an appointment to be seen. We are a walk-in clinic that sees patients on a first-come, first-serve basis unless emergency dictates otherwise.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BE SEEN?
Please bring a copy of your driver’s license or ID (if an adult) and a copy of your insurance card. It is very helpful and recommended to bring your medications or a medication list.
DOES CAIN CLINIC OFFER PRIMARY CARE SERVICES?
Yes, we can act as your primary care provider as well as see you for urgent care needs.
DOES CAIN CLINIC OFFER IMMUNIZATIONS?
We offer influenza (flu) vaccines and tetanus shots.
WHAT PHYSICALS CAN CAIN CLINIC PERFORM?
We can perform annual physicals, work physicals, sports physicals, camp physicals, and DOT physicals. If any other type is needed, please contact us.
CAN CAIN CLINIC PERFORM LAB WORK AND X-RAYS?
Yes, we can do X-rays and labs. Most labs are performed in the clinic, but some are sent out, with most results returned the next day.

We treat from 1 year old and older.
